There are no conditions on God’s love. You are accepted by God and so am I. He accepts us just as we are through the saving blood of Jesus on the Cross. Although it cost Him everything, God gives his grace, salvation, and love to us freely.
The Problem With False Belief Systems
When I was still dealing with my identity issues and placing my faith in all the wrong places, I felt like I was always trying to measure up. I was constantly trying to earn the approval of others. Being a perfectionist, made this especially hard.
Consequently, this led to misunderstandings, outbursts of anger, low self-worth, and depression.
When our value and sense of who we are comes from anything other than the word of God, we will eventually be let down.
You Are Accepted By God
However, God will never let us down. As a believer, we have access to as much of God as we want since the Holy Spirit lives inside us. That’s pretty incredible to think about.
Most importantly, the only thing we have to do is believe. According to Romans 10:9:
You can’t earn God’s love and you don’t have to earn God’s love. God gives it to us freely. All we have to do is accept it.
Summary
God wants to bless you, heal you, love you and guide you into His perfect plan for your life and so much more. He is waiting to embrace you.
Actually, He is waiting on us to reach out to him and accept his love and free gift of salvation. We are accepted by God. God doesn’t expect us to measure up to some impossible standard. We just have to receive his love, mercy and grace.

God has a very special plan for your life. You don’t have to live up to anyone else’s expectations. You just have to BE who He created you to be. God wants to have a relationship with you and work in you and through you to accomplish His purposes.
